Start with one
real case.

Let’s map your workflow and agree the pilot scope, partners and price together.

Discuss your pilot
How does a pilot work?+

We start with a recent case, agree a practical scope and bring the relevant partners together. We then review coordination time, status enquiries and handover information.

Does every partner need a GPS tracker?+

No. The core product is the shared multilingual case. GPS adds location data when useful and is quoted separately.

What does the driver receive?+

A tracking link with a clear status, next step and relevant replacement-car information. The driver is not asked to buy Tourage.

What about data access and hosting?+

Data is hosted in the EU. We act as a processor for each organisation in the case, and each one keeps control of its own records, retention and deletion. Every participant sees only their part of the case. A sub-processor list and a data-processing agreement are available on request. We’ll walk through all of it before live case data is shared.
